There’s a strange phenomenon that we have witnessed over and over again, too many times to count. Often when we have litters of puppies, we’ll have one puppy that stays with us for awhile. It isn’t a runt … in fact, we usually end up saying “wow! this is the nicest puppy in the whole litter!” And so we’ll enjoy the puppy’s company for awhile and there will be no inquiries or interest. Eventually this puppy finds its new home and then all of the sudden … we get a bunch of inquiries from people wanting this particular puppy! It’s happened so many times that we’ve joked about marking a puppy as “sold” – just so that we’ll get some interest in it!
All that to say, Miss Ruby is still available and looking for her new home. We love her company but we can’t keep her forever and we’d rather her be bonding with her new family than with us. One of these days someone is going to scoop her up and all of the sudden y’all will be contacting me for her! So here’s your chance – if you’d like to take her home, contact us!
P.S. One of the Lab puppies that we had for the longest time period was her daddy Hampton – he was one of those that we called “our best puppy ever”. And his new mom agrees “he’s the best dog I ever had temperament wise. He’s the sweetest dog in the world.”
Pardon the wet feet – she likes the creek!
She looks like quite the go-getter here!
She also likes to bury her nose in the dirt!
She was the smallest in her litter but is still a chunky thing!
She has a very sweet temperament!
But she loves to play too!
What are you looking at?
Can I just fall asleep in your arms?!
Do you still have her? How old is she?
Hello, I am sorry but Ruby is no longer available. If you would like to be put on our waiting list for a future litter (we are expecting two in the middle of June), just let me know and we can go from there. Thanks and have a blessed day.
